Dark

>

So tired of driving home after work looking at this. NEED some sunshine soon. February always seems the hardest month to get through in Oregon.

Leaving this morning also in the dark. Heading to an all day Training Event in Lake Oswego....hopefully will see the sunrise from I-5.
Love to you all.

My BFF

Super cute picture of my super cute best friend with hubby, Mark. They are so wonderful and full of hospitality. Made a quick trip to Hermiston on Saturday to run around with Cheri. Went to a place called Vintners Village for some wine tasting. So much fun and relaxing.

Went with her and Mark To see the movie, "Courageous" at her church. Good flick!

Beautiful, sunny drive up the Gorge and back. Saw three bighorn sheep and at LEAST 8-9 eagles!

The Girls

Are they a couple of the cutest stinkers ever? Kayla always said that Kara was "her" baby.

Time DOES Fly...

I swear it was only yesterday that I got called into my oldest daughter's classroom to discuss the "picture" that had been drawn in her notebook. Turns out that she had drawn a picture of one of the girls in class who was mean to her....naked. At least in her second grade mind of what a naked person looked like drawn on paper. Unfortunately, her little friend had added some body parts and this had got them giggling, pulling the teacher over to see what they were up to. Ahhhhh, the memories. Kayla is 21 years old now, working at a guitar store. Kara, her 16 year old sister is a sophomore in high school.

What the heck. That wasn't yesterday?

Just playing around with blogging...put some of my crowded thoughts down. Also, nice to share with family and friends without trying to match everyones schedules. I tried this before and couldn't keep up with it. The entries for this blog will be random and no particular subject, but hopefully share a little bit of myself that I seem too busy to share. Feel free to comment....this will be open to my family and friends. Subscribe to the feed to receive notifications when a new blog posts.
